SIDBI signs MoU with Tata Capital to strengthen financing avenues for MSMEs, ET BFSI

Small Industries Improvement Financial institution of India (SIDBI) and Tata Capital Restricted (TCL) signed an MoU on Tuesday to reinforce financing choices for MSMEs.
“The partnership goals to strengthen the MSME ecosystem by offering funding for equipment and tools financing, working capital, business loans, and mortgage towards property,” SIDBI said.
Moreover, the collaboration will discover risk-sharing, co-lending, and joint financing to develop credit access for MSMEs. The MoU was signed by Shri Vivek Kumar Malhotra, Chief Basic Supervisor, SIDBI, and Shri Vivek Chopra, Chief Working Officer, Retail Finance, TCL, within the presence of senior officers from each organisations.
