The European Central Financial institution is making modifications to how its workers representatives can carry out their duties.

Eva Murciano, the ECB’s director-general of human assets (HR), introduced the modifications in a letter despatched yesterday (February 20) to all workers and seen by Central Banking. The modifications specify the variety of workers who can act as representatives, and the proportion of their time they’ll spend doing so.
